COVID-19 STATEMENT

Please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible if you or anyone you have come into contact feel unwell, have symptoms of coronavirus (high temperature over 37.8C, continuous cough, change to your sense of smell or taste) or has tested positive for coronavirus.

Patch Testing

Some of the treatments require a patch test at least 24h prior to your appointment. The patch testing kit will be delivered to your current address and you will be able to complete it at home.

Current and Additional Safety Measures

As we do care about your safety the staff have completed Covid-19 Training Course.

Staff will be wearing appropriate PPE which may include face mask, face shield, gloves and aprons and we will continue to maintain a strict regime of hand washing and sanitisation (client and therapist). Hand sanitiser will be available for all clients.

We have always maintained the highest level of general hygiene and cleanliness and this will continue. Treatment areas will be fully disinfected after each use as always. Disposable items will be used where possible and any reusable tools will undergo medical grade disinfection. For any treatments where we do continue to use towels will be laundered with effective elimination of any virus or bacteria.

Payments

Cash or Bank transfer straight after the treatment.

These measures are intended to manage risk and cannot be assumed to completely eliminate the risk of contracting the virus. We will continue to monitor Government Guidelines and we will make changes to our new statement as necessary.
